Is the tea most people will know about as this is one of the most popular breakfast blends in English Breakfast and Irish Breakfast. Black tea has the highest level of caffeine compared to other types of teas, around half of the level in coffee.
Black teas are produced by harvesting the tea leaves and wilting them then lightly crushing them into smaller pieces. The tea leaves are then turned brownish black in color by fully oxidizing them.

On the other hand, bubble teas are made by blending tea, milk, fruits, and fruit juices, and tapioca balls are added afterward. They are not like our usual tea which is made from natural products and contains the least amount of additive.
It is not exactly a healthy drink as it offers 300-400 calories and in terms of minerals and vitamins, they are close to zero. The tapioca pearls alone can contain over 100 calories. They are full of sugar and starch, which mainly comes from pearls or tapioca balls.
